SLEEP: The ideal time to sleep is between 9:30 pm to 10:30 pm, and waking up is best between 5:30 am to 6:30 am. This advice follows the Ayurveda system from India, which says nighttime is for rest and renewal.
BREAKFAST: It’s recommended to eat within 30 minutes to 1 hour of waking up, but not later than 10 am. A good breakfast includes a mix of protein, carbs, and fats to keep you energized in the morning.
LUNCH: Lunchtime is best around 12 pm to 1 pm, while the sun is strongest, and not later than 4 pm. Lunch should be the biggest meal because that’s when digestion, metabolism, and energy are highest.
SNACK TIME: It is best around 4 pm to 5 pm when hunger starts. Choose light and healthy snacks like fruits, nuts, or yogurt to avoid overeating at dinner.
DINNER: It is best between 6 pm to 7 pm, before 10 pm. It should be the smallest meal because digestion, metabolism, and energy are lower at this time. Eating too late or too much can lead to problems like indigestion and poor sleep.
WORKOUT : Best time for Workout is in mornings between 6 am to 10 am or evenings between 6 pm to 10 pm are recommended. Ayurveda suggests these times when strength, endurance, and stability are at their peak, helping to prevent health issues related to a lack of physical activity.
